From there we build and collaborate out dishes together. Nothing is off the table. Limititations are only our ingredients, equipment and imagination. We eat as we go along and deal with whatever curveballs come our way.

This is a work shop and a meal.

Tickets are $120 a ticket and include the ENTIRE Jazz Cooking experience, 2 sampler jars of Proud Pickles (Your Choice) and wine. Feel free to bring any additonal alcohol if you like.

Tickets are Non-refundable. Full payment is required to reserve the spot in the class.
