This is not an exaggeration.

Think of this less as a book of recipes but more as a sketch pad of ideas. Various ways to use various pickles. It’s a launch pad for your taste buds. Some will be obvious and less exciting than others but who cares? We just want simple delicious food. I hope these ideas help. Please experiment and dig the rabbit hole deeper. Briney, crunchy, and aromatic.

Obviously you can eat this right out of the jar. Nothing wrong with that. It’s how the purists want it. But here’s an idea. Slice it add it to a freshly seared hot dog. Thank me later.
